Sorry, it’s been over a month since I updated progress. While stages 7 & 9 just inside the gates ( gates now gone of course ) are complete, we are collecting the paperwork required to achieve sign off by council. Titles are still on track for April.
Meantime further up the site we have pipes and cables going in the ground in stages 8 & 13 plus new earthworks underway in what will be stages 11 & 12. Lots happening and I’ll get some good drone photos over the weekend.
While the suns out and still warm, pop up and have a look and a walk around, enough the quiet surroundings and pop in to the Sprig and Fern for a cold one.
